1. Start with the complete brief
Define how the kitchen needs to work, what is changing and which elements are already decided. Include the intended worktop material, island requirements and any sink, hob or tap positions that affect fabrication.
2. Confirm the wider project scope
A complete kitchen can involve cabinetry, appliances and multiple trades. Establish which elements VK Marble Group will supply or manage and which are being handled separately. This prevents assumptions about services that are not included.
3. Select the worktop material
Quartz, granite, marble and onyx each create a different visual and practical result. Compare the material against the kitchen style, intended use, maintenance expectations and fabrication requirements.
4. Template the finished layout
Once the relevant kitchen components are ready, accurate templating establishes the dimensions and cut-outs needed for fabrication. This stage is critical for a precise fit.
5. Fabricate the stone
The approved material is cut and finished to the agreed specification, including relevant edges, joins and cut-outs.
6. Install and inspect
The final stage is installation and inspection against the agreed specification. The result should be checked for fit, finish and the details recorded in the project brief.
